The 2400 sq km Torres del Paine National Park is regarded as the most scenic places in South America. Over 150,000 tourists visits each year speaks volumes of its popularity. The National park got its name after the famous Granite towers of the mountain range, Cerro Paine, these peaks soar majestically thousands of meters into the air (over 3,00 meters above sea level) creating the centre piece of the whole park and calling to be explored.
The park is open year-round but the best time to visit is between October and February specially for tourists interested in Mountain climbing.
